At letgobefree, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Below is our refund policy for merchandise purchased through our website.

 

1. Eligible Refunds
 

We accept refund requests for the following reasons:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement.

Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we’ll refund or replace it.

Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

Customized or personalized items (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect).

Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

 

3. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at letgobefree@gmail.com within  30 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for the refund, and photos (if applicable, e.g., for damaged items).

Return the Item: If your refund is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label or instructions. Items must be returned within 14 days of approval in their original condition and packaging.

Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

4. Return Shipping

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated during promotions.

 

5. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, contact us to arrange for a replacement item, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as refunds.

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please:
